Nylon safety padlock orange with a (Ø6.40mm, 38mm) hardened steel shackle.

Key system: Keyed different, keyed alike and master-keyed.

Non-conductive, spark proof key chamber and housing protects workers from shocks when the key is inserted.

Key retaining (when the shackle is open).

6-Pin linear blade cylinder with over 100.000 unique key codes.

Key is supplied in the same colour as the padlock.

Compliant with OSHA regulations: 1 employee = 1 padlock = 1 key.

Padlocks are supplied with padlock labels with text: "Danger Locked Out" / "Do not remove, Property of".

Optionally available with laser engraving.

Padlocks may be registered to the end user, to avoid the distribution of already used key numbers.
